Are Wooflair® dog toys safe for pets?

Before reaching customers, our products undergo thorough quality checks to ensure durability, safety, and comfort during play. Each toy is designed to encourage healthy activity, mental stimulation, and enjoyable playtime for dogs.

However, as with any pet toy, we recommend supervising your dog during play and replacing the toy if signs of excessive wear appear.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on location:

  • Hong Kong deliveries: Approximately 3–7 business days

  • International deliveries: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, holidays, or due to unexpected shipping delays.


Can I track my order after it ships?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your package and receive delivery updates in real time.

If you do not receive the tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.


What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We sincerely apologize if this happens.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

When reaching out to our support team, please include:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.


Do you ship internationally?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders may be canceled or modified within three working days before shipment.

Once your order has been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.
